Investing in quality Everyone claims to deliver quality. How many actually achieve it? Well, we’ve never lost a contract in our 23 years of doing business. We achieved Investors in People accreditation in 2005. We’re ranked in the top 20 legal firms in the West Midlands by the Legal 500, the leading legal services directory. The Law Society recognised us with their Lexcel Award – a quality mark awarded for outstanding client care, practice and case management. We were Shropshire Chamber of Commerce’s 2005 business of the year for technology and innovation, and finalists in 2006. As a systems-led company, we invest in innovation, speed and efficiency. We work hard to ensure we continuously refine and improve our services to reflect the feedback we receive from brokers and clients. We now have more than one hundred people in our specialised commercial and private client departments. And the practice is still growing. On the private side of the business, we handle volume property work across the UK. Over the years we’ve forged strong relationships with our introducers, from one man bands to large nationals.
