Direct Mortgage Answers

Keep up to date with real time progress tracking.

The Martin-Kaye online tracker system allows you to access updates on all your matters, 24 hours a day.

It works in real time, which means that the moment we undertake a key activity in the re-mortgage or conveyancing process the tracker will be updated simultaneously without a time delay.

As well as keeping you abreast of progress, our system also allows you to download important documents such as completion statements and add notes yourself if you need to draw something to the lawyer’s attention.

It is an efficient and cost effective method of communication as well as being simple to use:-

How to use the tracker

  1. Click on the Web Tracker button

  1. Enter your web tracker login details – you will have been given details of your user name and secure password. For a demonstration use 1003 as user name and 1003 as password.

  1. A list of all ongoing matters will appear in alphabetical order by surname

  1. Click on the name of the matter that you want to access

  1. The case plan will appear with a list of key activities. Some of the activities are time linked (the colour codes will change over time to reflect this – see 7 below), others are not

  1. Each activity is colour coded to the left:

?    Black dot if an action has been completed

?    Blue dot if an action is due to be completed that day

?    Red dot if the action is overdue

  1. The Doc column will have an icon if there is a document attached to that action. Click on the icon to open the document

  1. The Note column will have an icon in it if there is a note attached. Click on the icon to open it. If you want to attach a note for our attention, click on the green cross in the right hand corner, decide who you want to contact by clicking on the ‘drop down’  where the names are displayed and selecting the recipient. Your note will then appear in their action list
