Our experienced people deal with all types of client and lender, from prime through to the most adverse, including complicated transactions which involve transfers of equity, deeds of postponement, purchases of freehold interests and staircasing.  

Every case receives personal attention from an individual member of staff, from opening the file right through to completion. If you refer a number of cases to us, they’ll always be handled by the same team. All our staff can be quickly and easily accessed by direct dial numbers and email.
