Our team deals with both residential and commercial landlords. We advise on both single investment properties together with large property portfolios including office complexes, industrial estates and other large scale developments.

The commercial property team also works closely with the firm’s commercial litigation department, particularly when disputes arise over such matters as notices or dilapidations, or if insolvency becomes an issue. Such disputes are often resolved through mediation or ADR.
