Building relationships with clients is taken seriously at Martin-Kaye.  Hence, we are one of just a handful of firms our size using the concept of a Client Relationship Manager for commercial clients.

This is a role performed by our senior partner, Graham Davies, a solicitor with 25 years experience in business law and litigation.

The service involves Graham taking time out to visit you and getting to know you and your business well.  In doing this, he will find out whether you are happy with the service and will listen to ways in which you think our service might be improved.  Above all, he will remain an experienced point of contact at the end of a telephone to deal with queries or to "bounce around ideas" whether of a legal nature or not.  This service comes at no extra cost but the benefits to you could be invaluable.
