At Martin-Kaye we undertake large volumes of remortgage, sale and purchase, equity release and right to buy work. Our staff are well trained and understand how brokers, financial advisers, networks and packagers work. They all run their cases from start to finish, have direct dial telephones and e-mails and take a pride in looking after your clients – there are no red or blue teams and no hiding behind secretaries!

They have dealt with the full range of lenders from prime to the most adverse and can also deal with the more problematic files (eg transfers of equity, deeds of postponement, dealing with trustees in bankruptcy) that many firms decline to act on.

We are proud to have been undertaking volume mortgage work from a large number of mortgage introducers across England and Wales for the past eight years.
