When you sell a property the onus is very much on the buyer
and their solicitor to ensure that surveys are commissioned,
a mortgage is applied for searches undertaken and title
investigated.
If you also have a linked purchase you want to be sure
that contract documents are submitted quickly so that your
buyer is given the maximum time to submit all of the above.
We guarantee that a contract will be submitted within one
working day of us receiving formal instructions from you.
The only exception would be if in the rare case of an unregistered
title when we have to wait for title deeds.
As with purchases, we guarantee that you will be contacted
every week on a pre-agreed day to discuss your transaction
either by telephone, e-mail or text message.
