We have established an enviable reputation across the region in dealing with the ever-changing and complex issues which comprise this area of the law. Although we have a broad client base, we have particular expertise in representing and dealing with complex financial settlements where matrimonial assets exceed a six figure sum. Often business ownership or other high value tangible assets are involved and in these cases we will work closely with our commercial team, accountants and financial advisors to ensure the best possible outcome.

We are also highly experienced in dealing with disputes over the welfare and upbringing of children. We deal with a wide range of cases (some with an international element) including disputes about residence and education.

In the case of unmarried couples we operate a specialist service in drafting suitable co-habitation agreements.

Whatever the issues involved our approach is invariably to explore all avenues in order to resolve disputes and find the most appropriate, mutually acceptable solutions using, as appropriate, mediation, negotiation and court proceedings.

Our team are members of the Law Society Family and Children Panels and are committed to following the Resolution Code of Practice.
