Pay Nothing Win or Lose
Our legal team works on a conditional fee basis, more commonly known as 'no win no fee'.
In practice, this means that we put an 'after the event' insurance policy which covers all of the costs involved in bringing your personal injury claim should the case be lost. This includes third party payments that would normally have to be paid up front including medical examinations and barrister's reports. The solicitor's fees and insurance premium are paid by the losing party provided they are reasonable. If you lose the case the insurance premium itself is also covered by the premium.
This means that you will not be asked for any money up front or during your matter - you pay nothing win or lose*.
