Martin-Kaye is proud to be part of an innovative and successful regional speculative property development partnership. The group was established to help facilitate the entire development process from buying potential sites, to taking them through the complex legal and planning process to the stage when they can be sold as 'development ready' sites to the building trade.
Our involvement is comprehensive, from the initial identification of
suitable sites to the final step of selling on the land - or buildings - to
local, regional or national building companies. As a result of
Government planning guidelines, we are currently particularly
interested in purchasing and improving brown field sites
although, at the other end of the spectrum, we also
consider listed buildings with settings which might be
sensitively enhanced. Obviously, in between, there are various sizes and locations of sites
which are ripe for development.
