Love them or loathe them, HIPs are a mandatory requirement for anyone putting a home up for sale.
Martin-Kaye can produce a fully compliant HIP quickly and efficiently and all for a single, fully inclusive price regardless of whether the property is freehold, leasehold or requires first registration.
Our fee of £349 includes all of the compulsory elements of the pack, specifically the Energy Efficiency Report, title documentation, local and drainage searches as well as VAT.
And if you instruct us to do the conveyancing for you we will reduce our conveyancing fee by £50 for each transaction
