What the Conveyancing Costs Mean
These are the main legal disbursements which are payable on standard purchases, sales and mortgaging of residential property in England and Wales. These are in addition to your solicitors fees.
There may be other minor disbursements depending on the particular transaction.
Leasehold Properties
If you are selling a leasehold property, especially flats, we may be asked to produce some information that only the freeholder will have e.g. block buildings insurance or management accounts. There is always a fee for production of this material and they can vary dramatically.
