It is our aim to be open and flexible about our charges with a number of different options available to suit your circumstances.
Every option offers quality and value for money and is backed up by our firm wide service commitment.
Free E-Mail Response Service

We will respond within three hours of receiving any e-mail before 3.00pm on a working day.
Free 30 Minute Interview
We can offer a free initial consultation either by telephone or at our offices.
We should then be able to provide a full assessment of the courses of action open to you. It may be that no further action is necessary. Alternatively, there may be the need for a more detailed consultation or it may be a less complicated issue that we can undertake for a fixed fee.
Fixed Fee Two Hour Consultation
Where your matter is potentially more complicated we are able to offer up to two hours consultation at a discounted fixed fee of £180 + VAT. This option is available to everyone regardless of whether you have taken up the free 30 minute consultation.
Legal Aid
We hold a Legal Services Commission franchise which allows us to offer advice under the Legal Aid scheme. Every client will be assessed for their eligibility before any of the private paying options are discussed.
Hourly Rates
It may be that it is difficult to estimate how long your matter will take to conclude, particularly if there is a possibility that the other party may contest some or part of the proceedings. In this situation it is probably most appropriate to appoint a lawyer at an hourly rate.
Our rates are from £100 - £180 plus VAT per hour and you will receive an invoice each month along with a report logging the work we have undertaken on your behalf.
Fixed Fees
In some instances we are able to offer fixed fees:
Non contested divorces in the UK
After an initial consultation we should be able to tell whether a fixed fee would be appropriate. Where the divorce is amicable and uncontested we can complete a divorce for £350 + VAT + Disbursements (court fees are currently £240 in total).
Non contested divorces for Ex Pats
If you are living abroad but were married in the UK we can undertake your divorce for £950 + VAT + Disbursements The same rules as above apply in that we must be able to make an assessment of your situation before we can offer a fixed rate. If you live outside the euro zone there is no VAT payable.
In you were married outside the UK we may not have jurisdiction to act but through our membership of the IAG (please link) we may well be able to put you in touch with an English speaking lawyer who will be able to assist.
Cohabitation agreements
If you are unmarried but feel that you need to formalise arrangements in respect of children and / or finances and assets then we would be happy to draft a legally binding agreement for £495 + VAT.
