Lily joined the Employment Team in Telford in January 2021 as a Legal Assistant, providing support to our Alpha clients as well as assisting in Employment Tribunal matters.

Lily has a first class LLB degree in (European) Law with French from Bangor University, which included a year abroad at Université 1 Capitole in Toulouse. After moving back home to Shropshire, she gained a Distinction in her LLM Legal Practice Course from the University of Wolverhampton, specialising in employment law in her dissertation. Lily looks forward to gaining more experience in the field and has now began to act as a Primary Advisor for Alpha clients. In 2024 Lily qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.

In her spare time Lily enjoys attending ballet classes, and has trained and competed since a young age. Also a fan of motorsport, much of her summer is spent supporting her brother at national motocross competitions across the country. Lily loves to travel and enjoys touring Europe with her family in their motorhome.
