SCARY PAPERWORK
We know that legal paperwork can look scary, most people feel overwhelmed with complicated documents. We explain fully to our client any paperwork that they receive. Whilst we are not able to simplify some documents we will take the time to help the client to understand them.
NO WIN, NO FEE AGREEMENTS
We act on most claims by way of a “no win, no fee” agreements. Meaning, no upfront costs to make to make a claim. Client’s will be asked to make a contribution towards costs if they are successful with their claim and this will be deducted from their compensation. This is no more than 25% and this includes any after the event insurance policy we take out to protect them against disbursement costs that are incurred on their claim. The insurance policy also works on a “no win, no fee” basis.
REHABILITATION
Our clients may also be able to access private rehabilitation through the Defendant Insurers which can be quicker than waiting for the treatment on the NHS and in turn assist them with their recovery. As our aim is to help our clients put their lives back on track.
