Tobias joined us in 2021 and is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner. He graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with LLB (hons) First Class and LPC. Tobias was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in March 2017.
He has dealt with a plethora of matters ranging from property disputes to professional negligence and has acted for both claimants and defendants, consumers and businesses.
With significant experience and a keen interest in financial services law, particularly as regards the mis-selling of investments and unsuitable pension transfers, he has carved a niche specialism for himself in respect of enforcing Financial Ombudsman Service decisions, and has sought to bring this area into the public eye and make it more accessible (see his article from 2014 here).
Tobias is currently the Chair of Birmingham Law Society’s Dispute Resolution Committee.
