After undertaking her Law degree at Staffordshire University and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester, Jemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 at a firm in East Staffordshire before returning to her home town of Stafford to practice whilst raising a young family.  With a background in Conveyancing, Jemma now undertakes Private Client matters, such as Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and Trust matters and now heads up our Wills and Probate Team after joining Martin Kaye Solicitors in August 2022.  She is an Affiliate member of STEP and has also experience of contentious probate matters.
