Lily joined the Martin Kaye Solicitors’ Employment Team in September 2021 as an HR Support Apprentice. Following the completion of her apprenticeship, she continued in the team as a HR Assistant providing support and documentation to our Alpha Clients.

During Lily’s time at Martin Kaye Solicitors, she has gained experience in several of areas of employment law; including disciplinaries, TUPE, absenteeism and prepared a wide range of documents such as Contracts of Employment, Staff Handbooks and Service Agreements. She is looking forward to increasing her knowledge and experience in the field.

In her free time Lily enjoys reading and spending time with her family and pets.
