Lily Jones

Lily joined the Martin Kaye Solicitors’ Employment Team in September 2021 as a HR Support Apprentice, providing support and documentation to our Alpha Clients.

Being new to employment law, she is currently in the process of gaining her CIPD Level 3 in People Practice. During her time at Martin Kaye Solicitors, she has gained experience in several of areas of employment law; including disciplinaries, TUPE, absenteeism and prepared a wide range of documents such as Contracts of Employment, Staff Handbooks and Service Agreements. She is looking forward to increasing her knowledge and experience in the field.

Lily often spends her free time saving her cat, Pingu, from all the crazy places she somehow ends up.
