Michael joined Martin Kaye Solicitors in June 2025. He is an experienced Employment Lawyer who over the course of his career has acted for employers and employees. He works in partnership with his clients to find practical and cost-effective solutions to their workplace issues.

As a member of the Alpha team, Michael will be regularly visiting client’s premises for meetings and to deliver onsite training.

In his spare time, he is an avid sports fan whose interests include football (Birmingham City FC), boxing and ice hockey (Toronto Maple Leafs).
