Sajid started his career at Martin Kaye in 2000 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2003.  Thereafter he worked for various Shropshire firms but has spent the last 13 years working for a well-known firm in Birmingham.  Sajid also has experience of working in the public sector having also worked for Staffordshire County Council which has the second largest legal department in the country and dealt with amongst other things academy conversions. He has now come full circle moving back to Martin Kaye in July 2025.

Sajid has experience in carrying out the full range of commercial property work including:

• Acquisition, Disposals and Refinance of commercial property and commercial investment property.
• Dealing with landlord and tenant matters acting for both landlords and tenants in granting, taking, assigning, leases, subletting’s, surrenders etc.
• Asset Sales and Purchases of a variety of different small business
• Residential Development work including land acquisition, land separation and disposal, options, conditional contracts.
