Prior to her degree, Shannon attended an agricultural university where she undertook her Level 3 in Agricultural Business before turning to Law. She qualified from Sheffield Hallam University in 2024, where she studied her LLB Law and gained a 2.1.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys exploring new places with her partner and their Border Collie, Jakob, and their Sprocker Spaniel, Lacey.
