Sian graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law from University of Wolverhampton in 2021. Shortly after completing her degree, she joined Martin Kaye Solicitors in September 2021 as a Legal Assistant within the Employment Law Team.

Sian works closely with Clare Pitchford but, also supports the team covering a wide range of employment law/ HR matters, legal research, drafting legal documentation and client communications. Since joining the firm, Sian has developed her experience and expertise and now acts as a primary advisor within the team.  

Outside of work, Sian enjoys staying active, travelling to new places and spending quality time with her family.
