Our expertise in leasehold matters is equally solid. We act for both landlords and tenants and can advise and negotiate on all legal and drafting aspects of rent reviews, security of tenure, alienation options and repairing obligations. In addition to new short or long-term leases, we can also undertake lease assignments and sublets.
