John qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and worked for many years as an Associate at leading national law firm Irwin Mitchell, before joining Martin Kaye in 2005.
As Partner and head of our employment department John has overseen a significant growth in the level and complexity of work carried out by the firm. He has also been instrumental in the introduction and development of our Alpha portfolio of HR products, which has attracted a national membership.
John speaks regularly at client and public seminars often in conjunction with banks, accountants, barristers and other professionals.
As a highly experienced employment lawyer and advocate, he has specialist experience in high value terminations, executive service agreements and post termination restrictions. He is noted for providing clear straightforward and no nonsense advice at times when clients most need it.
