After completing her law degree Kam qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010, she is also authorised as a CILEX Practitioner. Before joining Martin Kaye Solicitors in 2015, Kam worked in Local Government where she gained experience in several areas including litigation, planning and property. Currently, Kam undertakes all types of private property conveyancing, including freeholds, leaseholds, shared ownerships, new builds, transfers of equity and company sales and purchases.

In her spare time, Kam enjoys spending time with her family and keeping fit.
