Sam started at Martin Kaye Solicitors in September 2000, working in the Residential Conveyancing Department. With a background in compliance and systems, Sam has progressed to the role of Office Manager, where she heads up the Administration, Personnel and Systems Department. She has extensive knowledge of the firm’s systems and managed a migration to a new case management and accounts software package in 2022. Sam also manages Martin Kaye Solicitors’ IT system, which is an essential component in ensuring a smooth and efficient service for the clients. In addition, Sam assists the Partners with Regulation and compliance, including managing risk. She also assists the Director of HR with recruitment and the daily management of the firm’s internal HR systems.

Outside of work, Sam is married with two children, and enjoys running and walking with her local running group.
